Dan McGrath provides quality legal services to businesses and individuals. Since 1988 Dan has aggressively represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. Dan approaches each client’s legal concern with tenacity and pragmatism. Dan has extensive experience in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, real estate law/litigation, construction law/litigation and personal injury.

Dan is a member of the Executive Committee for the Governing Council of the Minnesota Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Dan frequently lectures at continuing legal education seminars and also speaks to other professional associations on legal topics within his areas of practice.
